About the program
Where faith meets academic excellence
Stockdale Christian School PSP delivers English Language Arts and History/Social Studies video lessons to students in Korea, Monday through Wednesday, with Bible study on Thursday and testing on Friday. Classes are guided by a qualified Stockdale Christian teacher following a structured lesson plan, and pre-recorded lessons are distributed to each participating school.
Every PSP student is enrolled in the Stockdale Christian database and receives report cards and institutional credentials, the same as our on-campus students.
Curriculum partner
All PSP students use the trusted Abeka curriculum — provided by Stockdale Christian School at no additional cost to families or partner schools.
"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights."James 1:17 · ESV
We believe education is a gift from God — and we bring that gift to your door.
How classes work
A rhythm families can count on
Video lessons in English Language Arts, History, and Social Studies follow a consistent weekly schedule, built for students in Korea.
-
Two periods a day, Monday through Wednesday
Each of these day's 40 minutes of teaching is split into two 20-minute periods — one for our Lower Grades (Pre-K & Kinder) track, and one for our Upper Grades (Grades 1–3) track.
-
Paced for every learner
Within each 20-minute period, the first 10 minutes are taught at the pace of local U.S. students, and the next 10 minutes repeat the lesson at a slightly slower pace for students in Korea.
-
Bible study on Thursdays
Every Thursday is set aside for Bible study, continuing the faith formation that is at the heart of a Stockdale Christian education.
-
Testing on Fridays, across every subject
Every Friday, students are tested on that week's material across all subjects, so families and educators can track progress consistently.
-
Families stay informed
Families receive advance email notice of each day's lesson content and any upcoming tests.
Classes run during the fall and spring semesters (10 months total). There are no classes in June, July, or during the school's three-week Christmas break.
